At DanceFit our classes are all dance based or influenced by dance training.
Whether you're looking for a high energy cardio fix, body conditioning, flexibility or pure dance, there's a range of classes to choose from to suit you.
Each class is relaxed, friendly, fun and suitable for everyone regardless of your age, ability or experience.
