A Bit About Me

I started dancing at a young age at my local dance school and it quickly became all I wanted to do. I went on to study dance & performing arts at college, then gained a BA Hons Dance degree specialising in contemporary & ballet at University. I have taught ballet, tap, modern, jazz & contemporary dance to children & adults, and performed in both amateur & professional productions around the country. I have now moved into the fitness industry to help people achieve their fitness goals through dance & fitness classes.

 

Dancing is THE most fun way to keep fit and its a pleasure to share my love of dance and movement and the wonderful benefits to our health & wellbeing.
